             PRICING:                                                                                                Terms and Conditions
             All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and exclude GST. All prices are
             correct at the time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for
             any reason.


             HOURS OF SERVICE:
             For ordering online the site is a 24-hour, 7 days a week service. We will make best efforts
             to ensure that the service is available and working at all times. Our office is staffed
             8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You may leave a message
             if calling outside these hours or send an email to sales@gilmac.co.nz at any time.


             DELIVERY LEAD TIMES:
             All online, phone or emailed orders recieved by 3:00pm will be despatched same day.
             Goods will be delivered within 24-48 hours.


             FREIGHT CHARGES:
             All pricing displayed on website exludes freight charges. Please contact us should
             you require freight costs prior to despatch.


             ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
             Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be credited without any penalty. Any orders
             cancelled after despatch will incur a freight charge for returning stock to our warehouse.


             RETURN OF STOCK POLICY:
             Returns of stock (other than faulty product) will incur a freight charge only for
             returning to our warehouse. Returned stock will be accepted provided goods are
             returned within 14 days of original invoice, in good condition, in the original packaging
             and with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Non-stocked goods specially ordered for
             customers are strictly non-refundable.


             DAMAGED STOCK POLICY:
             Any product that is received in damaged condition will be replaced immediately.
             Gilmac NZ 2016 Ltd must be notified within 24 hours of recieving the goods of any
             damage incurred during transit. The return of damaged goods should be arranged by
             liasing with the Gilmac Head Office.

             PAYMENT:
             Once goods have been despatched you will recieve an emailed invoice. Goods are to be
             paid for by the 20th of the month following invoice. Payments not made within 10 days
             of due date may, at Gilmac NZ Ltd’s discretion, bear interest from the due date at the rate
             of 2.5% per month until paid.
