Kemsol K-Tech 5L

K-Tech is a heavy duty cross-linked floor polish and sealer. It gives extra durability, superior wet look finish and is easy to use. It flows evenly and levels quickly to dry to a lustrous gloss. Subsequent coats apply smoothly without drag, pulling, streaking or clouding. It resists surface scuffs, black heel marks and soil penetration, allowing extended periods between maintenance. For the professional operator. Suitable for use where slip resistance is required. Expect an ultra long wearing finish when used in high speed burnishing programs as well as in conventional maintenance programs.

Apply to a clean, stripped (preferably using K-Pro Strip) and neutralised floor.

Using a clean finish mop or applicator, apply 3 or 4 coats of K-TECH in even, medium coats.

Before re-coating allow each coat to dry (30 minutes).

Increased gloss and durability can be achieved by additional coats.

Maintain finish by frequent dust mopping and wet cleaning with K-CLEAN or K-SLIK.

Depending on operator preference, available application equipment, desirable speed of application and applicator skill, each litre of product should provide adequate coverage for 50-60m² per coat.
