    Shipping & Returns


    All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and exclude GST. All prices are correct at the time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.


    Hours of Service:

    For ordering online the site is a 24-hour, 7 days a week service. We will make best efforts to ensure that the service is available and working at all times.  Our office is staffed 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You may leave a message if calling outside these hours or send an email to at any time.


    Delivery Leadtimes:

    All online orders received by 3.00pm will be dispatched same day. Goods will be delivered within 3-5 days

    If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, please arrange to email


    Freight Charges:

    All pricing displayed on website excludes Freight Charges.

    "Orders that are over $250 excluding GST are Free Delivery" on Courier Service Only for North & South Island Mainland Deliveries

    Terms and Conditions Apply -

    • Free Freight excludes all large items of Furniture, Housekeeping Trolleys, Beds, Large Orders freighted by Pallet Load and Oversized Items
    • For orders over $250 to Waiheke, Great Barrier & Other Surrounding Islands we will deliver Free Freight to Auckland & your order can be picked up at the Auckland depot or a surcharge will be applied to ship to your location.
    • For orders over $250 to Chatham Islands we will Free Freight to Wellington & your order can be picked up from the depot. We do not freight directly to the Chatham Islands

    Order Cancellation Policy:

    Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be credited without any penalty.  Any orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a freight charge for returning stock to our warehouse.


    Return of Stock Policy:

    Returns of unwanted stock and samples (other than faulty product) will incur a freight charge only for returning to our warehouse if arranged with Gilmac. Otherwise freight will be at the customers expense. 

    Returned stock will be accepted provided goods are returned within 14 days of original invoice, unwashed and unused, in good condition, in the original packaging and with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.


    Please note Freight costs & Credit Card Surcharges will NOT be refunded

    Damaged Stock Policy:

    Any product that is received in damaged condition will be replaced immediately. Gilmac NZ must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods of any damage incurred during transit. The return of the damaged goods will be our care.



    Once goods have been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoiced.  Goods are to be paid for by the 20th of the month following invoice. Payments not made within 10 days of due date may, at Gilmac NZ’s discretion, bear interest from the due date at the rate of 2.5% per month until paid.

Gilmac New Zealand Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the site.
